London-based architects Blee Halligan, with offices now on Providenciales, have paired functional flexibility with unexpectedly striking architecture. Immersing themselves in the site, the designers have embraced the varying qualities of light, the prevailing breezes and the intricacies of the site-specific natural landscape.
The architecture of each of the house designs is an ‘unfolding story’, a journey of exciting spaces and uses. From driveway to front door, to Foyer, to Grand Room and through to the landscaped gardens and elegant outdoor living terraces beyond.
The overarching Master Plan of four house types represents an architectural ‘family’. The homes use a consistent, robust and high quality palette of materials in order to create an elegant composition of dwellings that are subtly different but when brought together create a beautiful, unified whole: The Blue Cay Estate.
