Windward Development, the company responsible for the development of Blue Cay Estate, and leading Turks & Caicos resort and villa operator Grace Bay Resorts announced a partnership for the management of the villa rental program for Blue Cay home owners. Also present at the press conference were the Honorable Minister Josephine Connolly, the Honorable Minister Ralph Higgs as well as the Director for Tourism Ramone Andrews.

Blue Cay Estate, slated to complete its first canalfront villas in mid-2017, will feature four beachfront villas and twelve canal front villas developed with four- or five-bedroom layouts. Only 4 villas in total are left for sale after a successful first year of sales. Contemporary architecture by Blee Halligan London/Turks and Caicos maximizes the indoor-outdoor living experience in each villa by bringing close the exceptional nature surrounding the estate, and generous outdoor spaces foster a truly Caribbean lifestyle.
Each home in the gated development boasts its own dedicated boat dock, making Blue Cay Estate a haven for yachting and watersport enthusiasts.

It will also offer the opportunity for career advancement to existing Grace Bay Resorts employees into dedicated leadership positions within the company’s growing villa management division, known as the Private Villa Collection.
Next to two other smaller micro-villa-resorts, Grace Bay Resorts also operates the ultra-luxury Grace Bay Club resort and the boutique luxury West Bay Club resort.
