Today, Monday, May 16th, 2016 marks the start of construction date for the first Blue Cay villa at Blue Cay Estate. A Courtyard House will start to take shape on Lot 11 and progress towards completion over the next 14 months. The 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home was designed by Blee Halligan Architects and is constructed by J & W Construction.
Further villas will start construction over the next couple of months. Only 3 canalfront and 3 beachfront lots are still available at Blue Cay Estate.
The first phase of the site works at Blue Cay Estate 
is progressing well and nearing completion for the gated villa community in the exclusive Leeward area of Providenciales. The works include underground utilities for each of the 16 villa sites, perimeter fencing for the 14.5 acre site, site lighting and landscaping, two gates for the two access roads as well as road grading works and curbing.
