The sales and construction progress of Blue Cay Villas continues at a rapid pace. Following a recent sale of one of the beachfront villas, there are now only 2 canalfront 4 bedroom villas and 1 beachfront 5 bedroom villa available out of the original 16 homes in the gated Estate.
Construction progress is following this success with the first home being completed later in June and more following throughout the summer. Final finishing works are being implemented by JW Construction on the first home with the first landscaping elements having been added. The feature palm tree for the courtyard added a particularly unique touch as intended by Blee Halligan Architects.
Further Blue Cay Villas will start construction later in July for completion in 2018.
